Pulldown1: Please select Japanese students / international students

Pulldown2: Please select your course

Pulldown3: Please select your Faculties/Graduate Schools

Pulldown4: Please select your current year of enrollment

[NOTE]Even if you enroll in the insurance in the middle of the year, you must pay the full annual insurance fee.
(Example: If a third-year student enrolls in the insurance in March, the student must pay the insurance fees for two full years, even though there is only one year and one month until their graduation.)
